White Trash Neighbors

A few days ago Hayden and I were chasing each other and running around the house, when all of a sudden a distinct thumping came from down below. Apparently our gracious neighbors from downstairs did not like the apparent large amount of noise we were making even though it was only five in the afternoon.

Instead of trying to talk to us about an opinion of theirs they decided that thumping on the ceiling with a broom would surely do the trick. We of course decided to return the favor by getting out every single loud truck of Hayden's and made him race down the hall back and forth as fast as those little legs would carry him! This not being enough we put on some old cowboy boots of mine on him and again instructed him to run with all his might, we could not control our laughter! Emily also deemed it necessary to make a few runs of the vacuum throughout our whole house at 11:00 PM. Needless to say, these people will think twice before they decide to bang on our floor again!

Halloween

Caitlyn was a "trick or treat" for Halloween !I'm proud to say I made the costume ! It was lots of fun! Although she didn't really care for it much I loved it! She was very serious ! lol

Hayden

As for Hayden he was a Lion and we were a little worried that he wouldn't have that much fun because of the "scary guys" but nothing seemed to bother him to much. After about three houses he got the hang of it and he loved the idea of ringing door bells and knocking ! He had so much fun knocking on doors and saying "trick or treat" he totally forgot about the candy !

First time getting the cars out...

When Hayden came home from the hospital Shawn hid all of his ride cars in the storage closet and he totally forgot about them.

But we decided to get them out yesterday and he was totally stoked! Since Shawn got then out he plays with ALL 4 of them at the same time! he has been with them the whole time we have been home today ! It's to funny!!

20 weeks

Where does the time go?

It seems like it was just yesterday when we were bringing her

home from the hospital, and now she's already 4 months old Geez !

Where does the time go ?

Her personality is definitely starting to show!

She rolling over from tummy to back and trying really hard to get back on her tummy ! She loves to stand up she will not let you sit her down!

She'll get a bit hysterical (sattle bags)

She started eating "mush"
a couple weeks ago and she's doing pretty good! although she is NOT a fan
of the green beans.
Its like someone gave her a lemon!
She hates them...

Hayden Update...

Hayden is doing wonderful! we went to the doctors and did another CT scan to make sure everything is OK, and it is almost all the way healed, although I can't confidently say he has learned anything from this but we're glad he's back to normal ! We will be going to to a hearing test in November to make sure he hasn't lost any hearing in his right ear.
Although I think he already had a hearing problem before the accident. (lol)

In just the little time the doctors were with Hayden they got to know him well enough to know he wouldn't sit still so he will be sedated. (that will be a fun day)

Hayden

So I was cleaning the other day and I was pretty much done, And for whatever reason Hayden just can't stand a clean house ...

The more I clean the harder Hayden works to make a mess... LOL




I find his toy's in random places ALL the time...



But who can resist that face??

I'm so grateful for all that he does to keep me on my toes! We're so blessed to have him in our lives ...

We've been home for almost two weeks now and Hayden is doing great !!

As we were on our way to go see the doctor I got into a dang car accident and of course I was driving the good car. So the first thought that entered my mind after I god the kids out of the car and made sure eveyone was ok was "Shawn is going to kill me" to my suprise he wasn't mad. He was just happy that everyone was ok !
Well of course we missed the doctor appointment so we had to reschedule but I made Shawn drive this time!
When we finally did make it Dr. stampfl was amazed at how well Hayden is doing, and of course Hayden is running around in circles, jumping and throwing things trying to show off so it wasn't very hard for Dr. Stampfl to see Hayden was back to normal and he said the stitches look great.
Hopefully this is the end of our troubles this month and life will get back to normal soon. It sure couldnt get any worse LOL ...
